Amy Jones is the Founder and Principal of Levenson Law Firm, where she represents individuals facing serious Pennsylvania state and federal criminal investigations, prosecutions, appeals, sentencing, and post-conviction matters.
Amy founded Levenson Law Firm to provide strategic, individualized criminal defense for people facing some of the most important moments of their lives. She intentionally limits her caseload so every client receives the time, preparation, and personal attention that serious criminal cases deserve. From the initial consultation through investigation, pretrial litigation, trial, sentencing, appeal, or post-conviction proceedings, clients work directly with her.
Amy’s practice focuses on white collar and financial crimes, fraud, firearms offenses, drug offenses, violent crimes, sex offenses, criminal appeals, post-conviction litigation, sentencing advocacy, expungements, pardons, and professional license defense. She represents clients in Pennsylvania state and federal courts, developing legal strategies tailored to the facts, the law, and each client’s individual circumstances.
Before founding Levenson Law Firm in 2026, Amy was a partner with the Law Offices of Stanton D. Levenson, where she represented clients in state and federal criminal matters throughout Western Pennsylvania.
Earlier in her career, Amy practiced complex commercial litigation with Garvey Schubert Barer in Washington, D.C., and New York, and later practiced civil litigation and criminal defense with Coburn & Schertler in Washington, D.C. She also spent more than a decade in executive leadership within the legal industry, overseeing operations, business development, recruiting, and client service. That combination of litigation and executive experience provides a broader perspective on strategy, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making that benefits her clients today.
